Shipping Questions:

  • U.S. orders are shipped Fed Ex Ground
  • International orders are shipped USPS
  • All orders shipped before December 16 will arrive in time for Christmas
  • If you received a shipment and there is an error, please email Customer Service: customerservice@urbanmuumuu.com

Order Status

  • Click on the following link and enter your 5 digit Order Number or 10 digit Transaction ID: https://urbanmuumuu.com/myaccount/order
  • Tracking Information will be emailed directly to you once we ship your order
  • "Processing" Status means that we are working on your order and will ship your order on the designated date
  • One Size Plus orders
    • We are currently making our new size now and your order will be shipping on or before December 5th.
